Meet The Chef
Having completed three years of study at Silwood School of Cookery, I received my Cordon Bleu certification in 2011. Since then I have worked both locally and internationally, most of my career on luxury yachts for high-profile foreign families. During this time I have travelled to more than 80 countries and explored the flavours of the world.
Now settled back in Cape Town with my passion and experience, I am totally absorbed with the challenge of enthralling every client with the creation of delicious food.
I will cater to all your needs. Consulting; shopping, creating the exquisite meals, and leaving your kitchen spotless. I bring a personal touch to every clients' event, allowing fuss free entertaining with unique meals and presentation. My food philosophy is seasonal, farm-to-table, ethical and local. Vegan, Keto, Paleo and Gluten-free can be accommodated too. Meals can be simple or complex, event dependant, yet always ensuring a unique experience for you and your guests.

Nicole's work was truly exceptional as she consistently provided beyond restaurant quality meals for our family and guests. Somehow she managed to do this while keeping the meals healthy and accomodating the various dietary restrictions of diners.
Sailing the remote islands of the South Pacific and Indian Ocean sometimes made provisioning very difficult but Nicole just coped with it and made delicious meals out of whatever she could find.
On top of all of her obvious talents, Nicole is a warm and bubbly person who will fit into any environment. We miss her and would take her back aboard without hesitation.
As manager of the Haskell Villa and part of the Invest Africa team,
I have had the pleasure of working with Nicole on a few events namely the Mining Indaba which is the world’s largest mining investment conference and mining event in Africa.
Her overall responsibility was preparing delicious meals for guests of up to 200 and ensuring that all meals went out promptly. I am pleased to say that each time she performed these tasks with utmost competence.
She is a team player and was well liked by her colleagues and superiors alike.
